Press half of the dough into each foil-lined pan. Fold foil over dough to seal; freeze 2 to 3 hours or until well chilled.
Heat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Unfold foil; lift dough from pans. Remove foil; cut dough into ¼ inch slices. Place sides two inches apart on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 180°C for 8-12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool for 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
